This sunny, spacious minimalist apartment for rent is in the beautiful suburb of Voula on the Riviera of Athens, very near to the sea. The high ceilings and large windows let ample natural light in and give a feeling of awe and joy instantly. Every detail has been thought of very carefully in order to offer the guest a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020.

The space

Entering the apartment there is a large open space with the sitting- and the dining areas. In the middle of the space sits a unique round fireplace covered with bronze, rare piece of art, which immediately attracts the attention of anyone entering the space. Large sliding windows lead you to the huge L shaped balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the quietness of the place or enjoy a meal under the shade. The decor is modern in style with a large comfortable couch and a beautiful dining table that sits eight. For the music lovers there is also a piano in the space.

Separated with sliding doors there is a large bedroom with twin beds that can comfortably sleep two guests. The large fully equipped kitchen will certainly impress you. It is minimal yet very warm and inviting due to the use of wood on the counter tops and on one part of the cupboards. Cooking will be a joy!! A corridor will lead you to the large bathroom and two more bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller one with a single bed. Each room in the apartment has its own private balcony and ample closet space.

The neighborhood

This home is in the beautiful and quiet suburb of Voula which is considered one of the best and most highly valued areas on the  riviera of Athens.  It is very close to the sea and the cosmopolitan suburb of Glyfada with its plethora of shops, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars. Only five minutes away (3 km) is the beautiful beach of Voula. It is an organised beach with umbrellas and loungers, a bar, restaurant and shops.

Getting around

Within walking distance, at 200m, you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a large bakery and coffee shop. There is a bus station at 500m from the apartment from where you can take the bus line 171 to the nearest metro station, Elliniko. Glyfada is at a distance of 4km away. At about 1km away is the centre of Voula with a nice selection of cafes, restaurants, tavernas, wine bars, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and shops.
