Villa is located in the gulf of Varkiza, only 500 meters from the beach, in the most upcoming neighborhood of the area. It is designed according to the highest standards so as to provide the most comfortable and refined accommodation. This particular villa is ideal for people with a very eclectic taste in luxury interior design as well as in architecture.

The Villa comprises two levels:

The ground floor consists of the main living room with a dominant fireplace, which leads to a big veranda, the pool, and the garden. There is also the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge area with another dining table for daily use and a WC.

On the upper level, there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and tub, another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a standard room that is used as a study with a double sofa bed. All bedrooms have access to a big balcony. There is also an elevator.

Outdoors there is the pool with super luxury sun beds. Guests can enjoy their meals at the spacious dining table surrounded by palm trees, bushes, and flowers.

Villa is located in Varkiza – one of the most picturesque settlements on the Athenian coast. The villa is in a quiet area, only 5 minutes walking distance from the amazing beach of Varkiza. The area offers a variety of shops, cafes, bar-restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, hairdressers, dry cleaners, a medical center, bus stations, and a taxi station.
