Description

Asprochori is a village located in the northeastern part of the island of Corfu, between the provincial road and the sea, immersed in an olive grove of over 400 years old trees, in the locality of Nissaki, 24 ķm from the city of Corfu.

The village, built on a plot of 8500 meters, is made up of 15 houses of various types that stand on a fenced plot that descends to the sea through a cemented path of 134 meters. On the right border of the land, there is an additional building plot of 4200 meters.

All the houses, built in compliance with environmental standards, have a sea view. These are different sizes, from the smallest, a studio for 2 people, to the largest with 12 beds on 4 levels with 5 terraces.
Each house has a dedicated parking space. The houses were completely renovated in 2010 and never used, with water-sanitary and electrical systems redone from scratch. First choice Italian materials have been used, both for the bathrooms and for the kitchens.

The complex has a 25×7 meter swimming pool combined with a small semi-circular pool for children. Around the pool there is a paved area where you can place deckchairs, umbrellas and tables, and a canopy that can be used as a bar-restaurant. The water is purified by three large salt filters.

From the village, through a 130-metre cemented path, you have direct access to the beaches of Nissaki.
At the main beach, there are 3 restaurants, a marina with boat rental and sports equipment for diving, water skiing, parasailing.

In the center of the village, a laundry room with washing machines and drying racks is available for guests. To this are added some service spaces, in particular 4 small closets, 2 small service toilets, 1 reception, 1 parking area for loading and unloading goods. A concrete road inside the property allows direct access to the swimming pool.
Near the swimming pool, near an orange grove, a small purification plant has been built which transforms the sewage into irrigation water. If you do not want to use the purifier, alternatively the disposable well can be used to dispose of the black water.
The village is equipped with 3 cisterns which can contain almost 900 square meters of rainwater, normally used to feed the swimming pool and water the garden, but which also guarantee self-sufficiency of the water system of the houses in the event of problems with the municipal aqueduct.
